Thank you for your interest in signing up online to be a member of Bentley Owners Club Singapore.

Please note the following for Membership Sign-up.

1. Under the Club’s Constitution, every membership application needs to be proposed by an ordinary member and seconded by a committee member. For administrative ease, the EXCO will arrange for one of EXCO members to propose and one EXCO member to second online membership applications. In the event there is no EXCO members willing to support any particular application, the applicant shall be required to procure his /her own proposer and seconder in order for the EXCO to consider the application as required under the Constitution.
   
2. Credit card payment or any form of payment of the membership fees will be refunded if your application is not  accepted.
3. The membership year goes from January to December of a calendar year. New members can apply for membership anytime during the year.
4. The membership fee for new members is $350.00 per year and is non-prorated. An Extra Fee of 100sgd as Entrance Free is charged to new members. This is a one time payment and not levied during renewals.
   
5. Membership renewal fee is also $350.00 per year and must be paid in full for ALL Renewing Members at the start of the new year i.e. 1st January.
   
6. If any membership renewal fees are outstanding by a member for more than 3 months into the new year, the membership will be considered as lapsed and any subsequent application will be treated as a new application. The Extra Free (Entrance Fee) of 100sgd will be applicable in that case.
   
7. To sign up, the following are required:
   1. Ownership (legal or beneficial) of a Bentley vehicle registered in Singapore
   2. A valid Paypal account or a VISA/Mastercard. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay though PayPal. You can click on the “Pay by credit card” link and pay using your credit or debit card.
8. Please have the documents listed below scanned and handy for the 1st Bentley you register below (Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG)
   
   1. Vehicle Insurance Certificate stating: Car license Plate Number / Name of Driver Insured / Bentley Model
   2. Vehicle Registration Log Card issued by LTA
   3. Authorisation Letter if you are NOT the Owner of the Vehicle
9. By joining the Club, you accept and agree that BOCS has your permission to use all your personal data and information, and photographs and videos taken or recorded at Club events of you, your family and/or guests and your car for the Club's purposes, as it deems fit.
   
10. Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for us to review and process new applications. The membership fees will start from the date of application and not the date of approval.
11. Please note that BOCS membership is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
