Please note:

• Cancellations & Refund : If you and your guest (if any) cannot attend the event due to any unavoidable reasons after registering to the event, you can request for cancellation of your registration and a refund of the event fees. Event registration cancellations are allowed only 5 working days before the event day. For cancelling the event, please write to info@bocs.sg. The right to accept a cancellation lies with the external agencies, or venues we liaise with for the event. We will inform you if your event cancellation request has been accepted. If there is a refund, it will be processed via the same medium with which you made the payment or any other suitable method.
• No-Show : A no-show without timely cancellation of the event registration will not entitled for a refund.
